What’s the difference between Gold and Platinum?

Platinum includes all features of Gold plus many more options, such as recurring polls, free‑text options, exporting, and much more. Compare all features here.

How can I buy a package?

You can purchase packages on the web on the packages page or directly in the fragab app. You’ll also find prices and more information there.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay in the app with Apple Pay or Google Play using your configured payment method. On the web you can pay with PayPal.

How long are the packages valid?

The Gold package is a one‑time purchase and valid indefinitely. All other packages are available monthly or yearly and can be canceled at any time. If you subscribe yearly you save and benefit from a lower price.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. Simply buy the yearly package and cancel the monthly one. We’re happy to help—just contact us via the feedback feature in the app or on the web.

What happens if I don’t renew my Platinum package?

If you cancel your Platinum subscription, you’ll keep access to all features until the end of the subscription period (monthly or yearly). If you also purchased a Gold package, you will always have all Gold features even after your Platinum package expires.

How can I cancel my package?

You can cancel at any time. If you subscribed via Apple iOS or Google Play, you can cancel directly in your Apple or Google Play account. If you subscribed via PayPal, you can cancel directly at PayPal. You can also contact us anytime via the feedback feature to cancel your package.
